Vintage 80's blouson dress in sheer silk crepe with exotic eastern style print featuring dragons, ribbons, clouds and the dharmachakra, featuring elbow length slit flutter sleeves, round neck, keyhole back with loop buttons and a wide shirred waistband with sash tie. Lined, with shoulder pads and back button closure.
